Talisker’s next Special Release is an 11 year old single malt whisky matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Sherry casks. The final product is then bottled at cask strength.

Product Description

As always with Talisker, the Special Release 11 Year Old is a beautifully balanced whisky, with just the right amount of peat smoke and Sherry sweetness. The nose is full of maritime notes, with a touch of woodsmoke and dried fruits. The palate is initially sweet, with more drying peat smoke and a hint of black pepper. The finish is long, dry and smoky, with just a touch of dark chocolate.
